Known for practical judgment and a child-focused approach, Stephen handles complex financial matters and offers candid advice. A graduate of Michigan State and Case Western Reserve, he has represented clients in more than 10 Ohio counties.

Te’ Youngblood is a dedicated paralegal with more than 10 years of experience supporting attorneys and clients across family law, workers’ compensation, and litigation.

 

With an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies and a background in psychology, Te’ brings both legal expertise and a compassionate approach to her work.

Michelle Daray is Chief Operating Officer of Daray Law, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in operations, finance, and organizational management across both established companies and entrepreneurial settings.

 

Since joining the firm in 2018, she has been instrumental in driving strategic growth, operational stability, and a client-centered service model. Michelle oversees all aspects of firm operations, including financial strategy, trust accounting, human resources, technology, and administration. She leads recruitment and staff development, manages marketing and professional programs, and ensures the systems and infrastructure that support efficient, high-quality legal services.
